SETARAM bietet mit seinen hochempfindlichen thermischen Analysegeräten für hohe Temperaturen (bis 2400°C) eine große Bandbreite an Systemen, die speziell für die F&E an Metallen und Legierungen entwickelt wurden. Zubehör und zusätzliche Systeme ermöglichen thermische Messungen in bestimmten Atmosphären (oxidativ, Dampf, korrosiv usw.).

Unsere Instrumente zur thermischen Analyse sind unentbehrliche Werkzeuge, mit denen Sie Zugang haben zu:
– Daten über die Thermodynamik und Kinetik einschließlich Schmelz- bzw. Kristallisationstemperatur sowie Schmelz- bzw. Kristallisationswärme, Wärmekapazität, Ausdehnungskoeffizient usw.
– Stabilität und Beständigkeit in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur, Atmosphäre usw.: Oxidation, Reduktion, Korrosion usw.

Die thermische Analyse ermöglicht außerdem die Prozesssimulation (zum Beispiel Sintern) und die Messung der Lösungswärme.
